I have installed the Thunderbird Mobile ap and I am being prompted for a login but there is no option. My only option is "later".

There will be a list of accounts displayed in the upper screen area. Click each account name in turn, press the displayed "Sign-in" button, and complete the oAuth sign-in flow. See image attached.
