How to keep the hyperlinks when I respond or tranfer a mail

Hi, I like to attach hyperlink to the words I write in my mails (for exemple : "you can find here the document, and I attach to the word "here" a link, an URL). But when I respond to such a mail, or when I transfer one of mine, the links are not viewable. Strange thing is that when I respond to such a mail, the person reading my response can see and click on the link, but when I'm writing, I don't see the link. The word (let's say "here") is underlined, but I can't see or access or modify the link (for example to make sure that the link is correct). The information is sent, but I don't see it at the moment when I'm writing my response. Why... ? Thank you in advance

Thunderbird is designed like that (in html format): we you are editing the work "here", you will not see the link behind. After you send the email, the link will be activated. If you want to see/edit the link while editing your email, using right click.

If you choose plain text format, you will see the links.
