When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

The Firefox UserAgent you used to post this thread is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0 as Firefox 115.0 ESR (currently at 115.3.0.0esr) is being served to Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users.

The NT 6.2 in the UA is Windows 8 as to why you got served 115 ESR and not the current Fx 145.0.2 Release from mozilla.org

If you are indeed using Windows 11 then perhaps you are for some reason running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode when there is no reason to. You need to uncheck the "[] Run this program is compatibility mode for"

There are guides out there like these two. https://www.howtogeek.com/how-to-run-old-software-in-compatibility-mode-on-windows-11/ https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

Once you do this then you should be able to download and install Firefox 145.0.2 Release or the Firefox 140.5.0 ESR from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/
