I HAVE HAD AN EMAIL FOR EVER. MY LAPTOP CRASHED AND I CAN NOT GET THUNDERBIRD TO EXCEPT MY PASSWORD MY MOST IMPORTANT E-MAIL [edited from public forum] @GMAIL.COM I HAVE TRYED EVERYTING, TRYED TO CONTACT GOOGLE. I THINK THEY STOL MY E-MAIL. MY PASSWOR JUST WILL NOT BE EXCEPTER?? PLEASE HELP!

You gave no useful info. did you have to restore the hard drive and the OS? Did you have to reinstall thunderbird? knowing such often helps. Did you create the account new, or was it still there?
