@ Paul. I don't know if I have add-ons, unfortunately. I don't really know what an 'add-on' is. Also, my original post was not completely accurate. I CAN get onto my bank website, but when I log-in, I get the '502 Bad Gateway' message, top left corner of a blank screen. I spoke with a bank person, and she said she had another account holder call, in the past, with the same issue & notation. Thought she remembered it being an internet provider or browser issue.
