Oh, maybe that was caused by a severe crash. Go ahead and exit out of Firefox normally and start it back up. Will it start normally?

Hi Gavin, are you able to turn them back on using the little slider switches on the on the Add-ons page:

  • Command+Shift+A
  • click Extensions to switch to that panel
  • scroll down to the Disabled section
  • click the slider switch for whichever one you like the most - I don't think you need multiple general-purpose blockers running at the same time, this will degrade performance

Will Firefox re-enable it?

If not, could you check for a policy block: type or paste about:policies in the address bar and press Return to load the page. Usually, the "Active" panel says "The Enterprise Policies service is inactive." If yours says anything about your ad blockers, then we need to track down where that came from.

at the top of the its saying all addons have been disabled by safemode
