It's actually not clear what is the root of the problem. You have screenshots showing:

(1) Proton VPN cannot connect because your computer does not have an internet connection. Can any programs connect?

(2) When VPN is connected, there is a site Firefox cannot load. Does it work in other browsers while you are using the same VPN exit node?

(3) Ghostery appears to be showing an embedded third party site that isn't able to open four popup windows. Your screenshot shows that you have the tools to manage that. It's not clear what your question is.

(4) A ChatGPT session. Assuming that is in Firefox, it seems to be working normally.
