How can manually add a web address and password to the saved passwords list? When I visit one particular website I need to enter the password and the SAVE PASSWORD popup doesn't come up.

You first go to the site and login and if you have "remember me" enabled it will remember the site login. If that isn't showing up then you don't have the "remember me" password manager set and you need to check your settings.

Turned out that the website in question was in the exceptions list. Once I deleted it from the list I was able to save the password.
