I think Norton did the right thing here. I've never seen that website before. It could have something hidden in that .json file. One way to check would be to run the url thru the Virustotal.com's url scanner.

Do you know what this file does or if the site it's coming from is even safe? It's possible it could be a false positive as well but reading JSON code is extremely hard. It's very compressed and contains a TON of text. If the file is small enough, you could crack it open in a text editor and read its contents to make sure nothing weird is in there.
