Hi Jia, Extensions are not available on iOS, so there isn't currently an ad blocker available through official means.

Firefox Focus does not use Extensions.

Extensions are only available for Firefox on Android and on desktop (on Windows, Linux and macOS).

Due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used on iPhone/iPad there are not Extensions with Firefox on iOS/iPadOS. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios
