Something happened with your new update, and now my computer is not working. i cannot get my emails to come even though i choose the email button. The wheel just keeps turning and turning, and will not ever get to the emails. The same thing happens when i try other favorites buttons on the top of the page. i do not know the correct words to describe what i am trying to say because i am not tech savvy at all. i am a senior citizen who needs my computer to work again. What has happened? i do not understand any of the directions given to me when you have answered me today. i do not understand the details! i am very frustrated right now, and have spent a lot of my day trying to get my computer working the way it did yesterday. What has happened?

Did your Firefox start in a broken state like in my attached screenshot (toolbar bookmarks missing, no ability to restore previous session)?

If so, and you want to restore a previous session, pause here.

Otherwise:

Did you already try closing Firefox 127.0, giving it 15 seconds to settle, then starting it up again?
