I don't think that forcing WebGL will work since WebGL 1 appears to be working.

Did you check the about:support page because that is where you will find the answer ?

Thanks to you all -SORTED.! I did as zeroknight suggested to alter ' webgl. webgl.force-enabled', it was disabled or something, loading seems to be a bit slow but certainly back up and running and no error.
