I do not understand. I need to speak to a real person. I am old and do "speak" computers. My hands have both been operated on, so I cannot type well nor fast. Please, isn't there one person who can phone me at [phone# removed from public forum] and speak in English to me so I can do online what I am told through the phone? And get yes or no answers??
