I have a number of e-mail addresses with a single provider. I want to set up TB on Linux Mint 21.1 so that all addresses work incoming and outgoing. Do I have to set each one up separately or can I set up the incoming and outgoing server details once and add all the addresses to that account. Thank you.

Cheers,

Jim K.

Set up separate incoming and outgoing for each. This ensures that if there is a problem, that you can isolate the problem. And a tip: a common problem in setting up multiple accounts with the same domain is that people often assign the wrong smtp server to an account. I suggest writing a unique description in the smtp server description field so when you assign smtp servers, you will be sure to assign the correct one.
