Disable Firefox Promotionals
Often when I start up Firefox, this webpage opens up with it as well:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/welcome/14/
There are other variations of this page-- apparently this is number 14.
I am not interested in buying Mozilla's subpar VPN and do not want to keep getting advertisements about it. Is there any way to disable this?
Thanks.

Did you try to clear cache/history to remove this? And also try to set a HomePage to clear out un-needed links.
Hey, yes! I've tried the cache part, and unfortunately I've already set my homepage to DuckDuckGo.
