Suddenly (the last 2/3 days) the ABC TV Guide is not displaying correctly. If you click on the program and then again on the "see more" there usually is a picture and some subject matter about that what will happen in that particular program inc. mentioning whether it is a repeat or not.

I've checked by going into other browsers and it works perfectly there. Can you please review and suggest a way of how this being fixed?

Thanks, Eunice

Sorry but I have no idea how to get around the layout of this Moz://a Support. I've been going around in circles and now realise that Jonzn4USE wants some extra info. I thought a PDF could be attached of the print screens but I haven't managed to do that. Also with Terry's reply I clicked on the wrong response. I had actually already cleared the cookies and the cache and I do that regularly. However, as I mentioned, I opened the same website on other browsers and they both worked as it previously did on Firefox. Can Jon please explain further just how I provide the 'link' as per his request? Does it mean that I have to give him an actual link to my Firefox application > showing the initial attempt to open the ABC TV guide link? I'm not comfortable with that as I'm not tech savvy and it would worry me giving someone a link to the application sitting on my computer! :( Please help - I'm desperate and I am also concerned that many others have contributed on different matters and then had problems deleting the current Firefox app and going back in time! I wouldn't want to do that. I have been trying to upload a PDF of the various screensaver stages but it won't accept it! From Eunice (not a tech savvy member!)

Hi, Thanks Rachel for attempting to assist me. Just in case I need to confirm, I do live in Australia. Going back to my original question Rachel, until just a couple of days ago suddenly I have this big drama of things going wrong on Firefox in relation to the ABC website and in particular the ABC TV Guide. The other very important thing (in my opinion) is that on the same computer, I have two other browsers, Microsoft and Google. When I logged in to these separately, and opened ABC website and logged in, I had a perfect outcome! That is, everything worked exactly as it should do and did do on Firefox until recently. So I guess Rachel, the reference to a VPN matter wouldn't be relevant if the ABC website is working fine on two other browsers. I have to say that I appreciate the fact that so quickly three people from Support moz://a have attempted to help me. At the moment, I am hoping that Jon will get back to me to explain how I can provide what I believe is the information he suggests would be helpful so he and/or others can help me. Many thanks again for reading my response. I do hope that your efforts do result in solving my problem.
