I can see how to export my Thunderbird PROFILE but not how to export just my address book. I need to import my address book into my wife's Thunderbird address book. Exporting just the address book does not seem to be an option at all... Or is it?

Right-click an address book in the left pane of Address Book, Export..., choose a format (LDIF to import to TB).

Right clicking does not offer this option

See attached picture. If you still don't see the context menu, start TB in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift at TB launch).
