Hi - I have a .mbox file that I downloaded from my Gmail account as a backup. I'd like to use Thunderbird to restore that mail data back to the account. I'm following instructions in the below article that I found but I don't see a feature in Thunderbird to sync the uploaded .mbox file back to the Gmail account. I can only sync from the Gmail account to Thunderbird. Has anyone attempted using Thunderbird for this purpose and know how to complete the process?

Thanks

I'm unsure of your question. The URL specifies using the import/export addon to do what I think you want to do. Please expand on the issue. Thanks.

I installed the add-on and imported the .mbox file, but it is not automatically syncing back to the email account, so I figure there is another step to take for that to happen.
