I have Mac OS Monterey on a mac mini with TB 91.8.0. The only way I've had a scroll bar for MONTHS is to hold option and start in troubleshoot mode. It's a pain in the you know what. Today I tried clicking the box in the troubleshoot box to see if it would solve the problem permanently (I have no add ons/themes or other "stuff") and now there is no scroll bar and no way to undo the permanent changes (if they were made). I've had TB since it started but I'm way beyond tired of the upgrades/improvements that mess things up. I realize it's not all your fault as you try and keep up with Apple's "improvements" as well but come on, people have been complaining about this for months!
