Hi Phyllis, I'm not sure from your question whether you mean a website you created, or a website you need to visit (someone else's website that you don't control).

As the first step, do you get an error message when you try to visit the site? In order to sort out the cause, it would be helpful if you could copy/paste the error message into a reply. On some error pages, there is an "Advanced" button to find more technical details about the error. We're especially interested in the error code, which usually starts with SEC_ERROR_.
