On Monday September 25th from 10PM EDT - 12AM EDT (2AM UTC - 4AM UTC on September 26th), we will be performing system maintenance on the Firefox Accounts databases for two hours. During the maintenance window, there will be brief periods of a few minutes where users will not be able to login to their accounts. Please try again at a later time.

never had a problem logging on to my Pizza Hut account for years. Suddenly after most recent Firefox updates the log in fails after saying the authentication for "I am not a robot" takes too long to respond. I also notice that even just accessing my web site (my default internet log in site) and others takes a lot longer than it used to and I often get an error message saying the security authentication took too long and I have to retry. I can easily log in using my wife's PC using Edge (same Win 10 on both) and also on her tablet

I tried after removing the tracking shield with same results.

The only thing I can figure from this that during the update something go corrupted and is causing memory leaks to cause the long delays or authentication issues. If this continues and you have no backup of previous user data folder then you are faced with having to note down your plugins if any and uninstall completely FireFox and deleting Mozilla folder and doing a completely new install. This is done as last resort if you can't Turn back Windows to last working image to see if the problem we the Browser corrupted install or something else causing the issue.
