I have had to reset Win10 which has kindly removed all my TB e-mail settings. When I first started to use TB I wrote down all the settings which I have tried to use now but I can't log into the server.

I think I am using the right password but I can't log in. How do I recover my password, please?

We do not control the authentication of other servers. To recover your password, you must contact the mailserver's support.

If you are using a gmail account, you must turn on OAuth2 for authentication.
