hi, does it make a difference when you disable accessibility features in the browser and restart once afterwards?: go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > privacy & security panel and under permissions check the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser.
No, I disabled it and it still crashed.
can you please provide the new crash report id as well.

this new report still shows accessibility is active though - did you restart after making the change?
yes, i resumbitted and its showing that the box is not checked for preventing accessibility ...
the box should be checked though.
Even when I check the box it still crashes.

thanks, so the crash is apparently happening in a windows module that is the api between your webcam and the applications that want to access it. i'm not sure if we can provide a quick fix for this in firefox. the problem might be similar to the description in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1263519#c1, so perhaps installing a new driver for the webcam might help...
What do you mean by installing a new driver? The camera is apart of the computer.
if you look on the support site of your computer's manufacturer they may offer an updated driver for the webcam of your notebook model.
I honestly don't know how to do that. Also, would that assume that it's an issue with the camera and not firefox? Because it works for other things on the computer.
