When I try to open an attached Word or Exel file I choose Virtualization Handler but nothing happens. Below you see the search path for opening Word/ Exel. "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Virtualization Handler\CVH.EXE" "Microsoft Word 2010 90140061041D0000"

Please inform me what to do,

Kind regards Tommy

open options >attachments and remove whatever is in there for dealing with Microsoft office documents. I have no idea what a virtualization handler is, but it does not sound like word or excel to me.

The virtualization handler is the a program in the MS Office that as I understand open Word/Exel and other MS Office programs.

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Virtualization Handler\CVH.EXE" "Microsoft Word 2010 90140061041D0000".

Is there any other way to opening those MS Office attachments to Thunderbird mails? Kind Regards Tommy
