You do appear to be testing Beta (Developers edition) builds of Firefix 59.0b#

They can get say nine to fourteen builds of a version on Beta channel so maybe there is a recent update you have yet to install.

The current Release is 58.0.1 www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
