Try to close and restart Firefox, that should make Firefox forget this choice and allow to give it another try.

  • "3-bar" menu button -> Exit (Power button)
  • Windows: File -> Exit
  • Mac: Firefox -> Quit Firefox
  • Linux: File -> Quit

Yes, I can confirm fully exiting Firefox and then restarting it will you allow you register a Firefox Account.

I had also tried this as a test & saw the same result. Perhaps the age requirement can be less strict so that if you make a mistake when typing in your age, you don't have to restart your browser just to finish registering the account. Or possibly just change it to 2 checkboxes that say "I am 18 & older" + "I am Under 18". :) I'll pass this feedback on to the Firefox Accounts developers.
