When trying to download, I get the message "An error occurred while loading the archive" What can I do to fix this?
Anything I download I get the message "An error occurred while loading the archive." I get the same message on anything I try to download, for example Itunes, just anything.

Please update to the most recent version of Firefox:
Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
It is possible that security (anti-virus) software is causing problems with downloading files by Firefox or installing Firefox. Try to disable scanning files in real-time in security (anti-virus) software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
