Did you disable, or use Safe Mode? If not, do so now

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.

Is the problem there if you log in as "just a user" ?

You should create an account where you are "just another user" so that you can check on how the system is running for everyone else.

Good Luck.

Can you try in safe mode? Do you see the same issue if you try to do this in Internet Explorer?
