Firefox latest 35.0.1 corrupts flash player
Flash player can't be user anymore, and updating flash player doesn't work either anymore. Only get a white screen on the adobe website.
I downgraded to 35.0 and tried the same thing. No Problem! Moved back to 35.0.1 , Problem! Moved back again, no Problem!
I read in the forums and googled it that tons of people have this Problem but Firefox says were are all dumb asses who don't know squad.
Since I really never ever have a problem, as sys admin I know my way around virtually any software and even write my own, I can confirm this is a problem caused by firefox, so please fix it and stop saying your users are simply not smart enough!
Fact is, smart or not, a plugin should simply work, without a user taking action or not, so, regardless of his her intelligence.

Well, it might show it or not, because I kept trying installing and uninstalling..
So what I eventually did.. I installed the beta 36.0.3. didn't work. Moved back to 34, didn't work..
Then I simply uninstalled everything.. local profile directories, uninstall everything!
registry: remove everything!
restart.. check a 2nd time if anything is left?
restart again, after deleting things in the 2nd run..
now everything is gone 100%..
install firefox from scratch.. install the flash player not from the website, but offline installer..
update to latest version..
now it works again!
Must be some corrupted file or setting..
Since I sync everything with firefox (great feature!!) nothing is lost :) and after reinstalling everything came back step by step due to resynchronizing :)

Your System Details does not show you have flash installed.

That was very good work. Well Done.
These add-ons can be a great help by backing up and restoring Firefox
FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) {web link} FEBE allows you to quickly and easily backup your Firefox extensions, history, passwords, and more. In fact, it goes beyond just backing up -- It will actually rebuild your saved files individually into installable .xpi files. It will also make backup of files that you choose.

Maybe a related issue with 35.0.1 running on OSX. Firefox hangs when accessing my online bank immediately after entering my security details. No problem when using previous version which I am now running. Also hangs when downloading several files concurrently - again OK with 34.0.5
