Firefox freezes when I try to insert an attachment in a webmail (BT Mail)

I also use IE11, which is happy to locate and accept attachments - usually Word 2010 documents - to e-mails sent via BT Mail.

can you please try clearing cache and cookies as well as history

hello, can you please ensure that this problem does not persist in safe mode.

Try restarting Firefox in safe mode. Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox
