Not sure of right place, but I keep getting "firefox has prevented nav. to next page" for everything, including legitimate navigation!!
I get this note most of the time, preventing me from going to the next page until I click on "allow" and then all goes well. I have never had this before. Lee Robinson.

You can turn this off here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the General mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"
If you don't recall setting that, and don't share your computer with others, hmm, not sure how it got set.
