First I started getting the "multi-hop cycle detected" error msg then my tabs (one of which is my email) started "timing out" and now when I click to open a new tab, I get this page full of ... what? Links? I'm no computer whiz - I just want my tabs back to where they were when I started. And yes, I tried to "pin" them and when I clicked to open one, I get the "can't make a connection" or "page has timed out" message. What's causing this? Help!!!

This multi-hop issue can also be caused by using as bookmark to go to a specific page.
If you do or did that then try to access the site via the main (home) page and follow the current links to go to the mail page.

You may have to remove the currently used bookmark(s) to go to the mail and try to create a new bookmark (there may be POST data saved with it).
If you keep having problems then you have to stop using a bookmark to go to the mail and use the longer route via the (Yahoo!) home page.
