Is there a preference to inhibit the auto-start of sounds and movies?
Some sites with movies or music wait until you click on some start button to play the sound or the movie. Other sites start movies or music automatically when they are loaded. Is there a preference somewhere to inhibit a site from auto-starting sound or movies?
