I’ve spent some time researching this problem. These are things I’ve already tried: - updating Firefox, restarting browser - clearing cache, restarting browser - updating to Flash Player 10, restarting browser, clearing cache, restarting browser - restarting computer - making sure View > Page Style > Basic Page Style is checked - making sure no custom minimum font size is set - javascript is not being blocked - disabling addons

Note: All sites appear as normal in Safari.

Thank you!

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thank you for such a prompt reply.

I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode as suggested, but this did not make a difference in how the pages were being displayed. I have never added any custom themes to Firefox, so it is running with it’s default theme.

I’ve included a screenshot to help clarify. It seems only some of the formatting is loading.

Thank you again, but the immediate above links did not resolve my problem. However because of the provided links, I meandered my way to a section of the support area that mentioned a file may have become corrupt in my Firefox profile. I created a new profile as suggested and the problem is solved!

[I created a new profile by following these directions.]

Before I created the new profile, bookmarks were easily backed up through Boomarks > Organize Bookmarks and selecting the Backup option. This same menu was used to “Restore” my bookmarks by choosing the backup file and bringing it into my new profile.

Ahh... beautiful Firefox, how I’ve missed you.
