Lost all my passwords
Yesterday had a problem returning to home screen from last website I visited. Was unable delete or restart without it returning to last website again. With HP help located the problem that website had been stored on Firefox account settings. It removed and was able to return to normal navigation. Today 8/21 problem has again returned and was unable to access Firefox account and found out all passwords have been deleted.

What do you mean by "website had been stored on Firefox account settings"?
Why are you unable to access your Mozilla account now? What exactly happens when you try?
