After the last upate on browser all password disappear. I can`t to create new password and browser don`t ask me to remember password. How to restore my password? It`s don`t synchronysed with browser on the other device!!!

I received a pop-up scan code to get Firefox on my phone, but when i scan or take

photo of it it brings me to an on-line survey panel that I am a member of.Is that legit or something to avoid?

Was just trying out Smart Window for the first time. I can see the idea has potential. One thing that wold make it more useful is an obvious way to turn it off or on quickly and easily. Any tips you might have would be appreciated.

Facebook emojis are not showing but the ability to select them remains. When you want to select an emoji on a post you move the mouse over the thumbs up icon. In the last couple days all I get is a black window. But I can still move the mouse over that window and see in text what I want to select.

I am running version 154.00

I have turned on safe mode and the emojis work normally. They all show up.

I have gone through all my add on's and none of them actually effect the outcome.

Version 154 (64 bit) creates a start menu shortcut in %appdata%/Microsoft/Windows/StartMenu/Programs/ with each and every launch. I have Firefox installed to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\

Installing a shortcut at launch is undesirable to say the least.

Is there a way I can disable this behavior?

For the last five days I've been unable to login to a particular site unless I clear the cache EVERY time I want to login. It's a site I've been using for many years but now I just get a message saying 'An error has occurred. Please try again later.' When I try later, the error still exists. I don't get this error message when using an alternative browser, but I don't want to do that. It's also the only site I'm having issues with ....................... which is strange. The site in question says that I'm the only one facing this problem. Any thoughts?

Hi, I can no longer login using Firefox (latest version for my mac 154.0) into a website that I had no issues logging into until now. Nothing that I am aware off changed on my computer during the last few months. I turned off protections for the website, but it doesn't help. It just sits there, no error message.

I can login into the same website, with the same exact credentials using Safari.

Any idea why this might happen? Does anyone else experiences the same?

My most recent login, I found all my bookmarks were no longer there. I attempted to restore, from the Library screen, but there is no backup folders visible, nor is there any data in the column on the left. How do I resolve this problem?

I noticed that my Tab background color doesn't change after recent Firefox updates.

I have this code (css - chrome) to change the color of the active tab to green and it no longer working.

I love Firefox for so many reasons. I was really excited to learn about the new VPN, but it didn't work. So I recently turned it back on and it still doesn't work. When I set it to an available country, then go to one of their websites, it still says the website is not available in my region. It still knows I'm here, and not there. What should I do? I'm thinking of buying Nord VPN, but I'd rather start here if I can.

Today's update (version 154.0, 18 Aug 2026), degraded the appearance of a bookmark menu that contains both left-to-right and right-to-left text.

I have bookmarks in both English and Hebrew text. When a bookmark menu contains both kinds, all of them used to be left-aligned, which made for a tight, easy-to-read. menu. But as of this version, the R2L text is right-aligned, so if the whole menu is a bit wide, there is a lot of empty space. See screenshot.

Also, the next-to-last line in the screenshot, the numbers to the LEFT of the text, not right.

4-5 months ago the right click option to delete SEARCH history disappeared and then was returned to users after numerous complaints. Now, with the release of V154, not only is the right click to delete search history gone once again, the Search History box is also gone, thereby leaving just the normal address box - which also does not include the right click to delete SEARCH history.

Why do in multiple steps what we used to be able to do in ONE?

How can I make sure the Vertical Tabs sidebar stays visible in full screen mode?

It worked this way by default until the [154.0 release](https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/154.0/releasenotes/#note-792047):

Is there a config setting that re-enables the old behavior? I want the address bar to be hidden in full screen mode, but not the Vertical Tabs sidebar.

I wanted to separate private and work, so I made a whole new account – and associated it with the old one.

Then I found out I could just make an extra profile, which I did – and then I deleted the new account.

But now I can't access or syncronize my primary profile, and I don't know how to separate the two – or preferably just make one single account again, and the do the new profile from scratch.

When I try to log in to my original account with cyber@mikes.dk it says:

Account already in use cyber@mikes.dk is already signed in to the “Cybermikes” profile You can only associate this account with one profile on this computer.

Can you help?

Здравствуйте. Я живу в России и у многих Российских сайтов отозвали сертификаты безопасности, но нам гражданам этой страны приходится пользоваться данными сайтами на свой страх и риск. В последних версиях Firefox не даёт войти на данные сайты даже на свой страх и риск. Прошу Вас от лица всех людей проживающих на территории России вернуть кнопку "принять риск и войти на сайт".

I've been using Firefox for so many years I don't use any other browser unless a site doesn't work,then I use 'Opera' (very infrequent). I updated Firefox to v154.0 and now searching does not work properly.

I used to be able to enter a question into the bar/box where one would normally view any given URL, select return, and Firefox would bring up Yahoo! search results.

With this update, that doesn't work. When I select return the URL that had been in the space just reappears. If I visit the Yahoo! main page and try to use the search box with the magnifying/eye-glass, it launches a blank tab.

I'm forced to use the AI icon to get a search result. I do NOT want to use that feature.

Also, with Firefox 154.0 I cannot remove other search engines. With every update I remove Google, Bing, Duck-Duck-Go, Wiki, Amazon, etc. because I ONLY want one search engine, Yahoo!

I checked the Yahoo!Search Extension and made sure all the "allow" buttons needed were selected.

I want to remove the other search engines from the Settings tab, and I would like to have the same behavior prior to the update: simply type my question or text into the main html bar/box and select return, and get results.

I see that other had an issue starting with version 142 or so that was similar, but I've not had this issue until two days ago.

Any help is appreciated. And yes I delete my cache etc. regularly. I'm on Mac OS 15.7.7 and again, it has never been a problem until updating Firefox to v154.
