All my bookmarks disappeared after the update

Firefox creates bookmark backups automatically. Please see Recover lost or missing Bookmarks and let us know whether it helps.

I don't see how your issue is similar, given that this thread discusses bookmarks, not tabs. Nevertheless, even if it were similar, you must ask a new question per our rules and guidelines.
