Firefox would not load. I deleted the app and then reinstalled. I still get no response from the app.
I have an app showing on my desktop. It does nothing. I would like to be able to use my previous desktop for using firefox. If that is not possible. I would simply like to use.

Hi,
Please try starting Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode by holding down the Shift key while starting and see if the issue persists.
