Extention help

I am returning to Firefox after a long time. I've added the bonjour start page which is working fine with one exception. I am unsure if this problem is associated with the extension or with the Firefox browser, bonjour is working fine but I get a long message in the search bar telling me "bonjour Start page" (See included image). I'm trying to customise the toolbar does not allow me to remove anything relevant to that button or whatever it is. I can drag it off the toolbar but it just goes straight back on the toolbar by itself. The long and short of it is that it's taking up quite a large chunk of the toolbar and I don't want that I know that I'm using Bonjour I don't need to be told constantly.

Any help would be appreciated Thank you

Hi leshayathome, it shows that the page you have open is coming from an extension. There is no option in Firefox to disable that.

You can either use the web version of Bonjourr Startpage and set it as your home page, instead of using the extension: How to set the home page

Or you would have to remove it yourself, creating a userChrome.css file, see here: How can I remove "Extension (Tabliss)" from the search bar (New tab)? Is it possible?

And the tutorial on how to create the userChrome file: How to customize Firefox with CSS
