Tab notes not available -grayed out
I am working with Firefox version 150 and have checked tab notes in the settings box but the feature is not available. Right clicking on the tab provides a drop down menu including tab notes as being new but it is grayed out. the release notes indicate it was supposed to be available through the labs in March but now it is the last week of April and it is not available.

The feature is available on some tabs but not others.
Can you report this issue on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org ? Thanks!
