Should be there. Might try right-clicking in a blank area somewhere on the toolbar and choosing Customize Toolbar. If you see the House/Home icon down below amongst the other icons, then drag it up to wherever you want on the toolbar.
No "Customize Toolbar" appears when I right-click in the blank area on the toolbar.
