My security suite is Norton 360. I refreshed FF and would like to place (as before) an icon in the address bar (to the left of puzzle piece) for the password manager extension. The extension is installed. Please help.

Hi,

To reorder items on the toolbar, please see Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars. If you don't have your extension's button on the toolbar at all, first click the puzzle icon, right-click your extension and select Pin to Toolbar (for reference, see the article cor-el mentioned above).
