bookmarks
My bookmarks disappeared and I do not know why.
I have tried to restore bookmarks following the directives obtained online. Somehow this has not been successful, and this remains a giant puzzle to me.
I can see the bookmarks in Library, but I have not been successful in figuring how to transfer that listing to the Bookmarks tab at the left-sided top of the frame of the browser.

Hi,
Are you referring to the Bookmarks Toolbar? If you don't see it, right-click on an empty section of the navigation bar and select Bookmarks Toolbar in the pop-up menu.
