Chase Bank login
I resently updated Firefox to version 115 which I though was the latest version. Chase bank will not let me login & say I need a later version.

Seen reports that the Chase bank site requires Firefox 128.0 or later. Since you appear to be using Windows 8 the most current Firefox version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.31.0esr.
You can try to change your Firefox version number to fool the Chase site.
- In a new tab, type or paste about:config (with a colon) in the location (address) bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
- In the search box in the page, type or paste forceVersion and pause while the list is filtered
- Double-click the network.http.useragent.forceVersion preference to display an editing field, and change the value to 128 or 140 then press Enter/Return or click the blue check mark button to save the change.
Can you please confirm your Windows version first?
For Windows 8, the 115esr was indeed the last one available, but it's been a frequent occurrence lately that users of Windows 10/11 are running it in "Compatibility Mode" which when unchecked allows upgrading to current versions — so just wanted to verify this is not the same case.
