top right application menu. > help > about firefox. it should pop up a window saying your version and a way to force an update.
catch is... if you are on something like a raspberry pi, or very old version of windows or other operating system, it may not let you upgrade. if this is the case, respond with your basic computer setting and ill see if i can help (ill reply if so).
