I cannot access the programs that I wish to use! I don't appear to be able to pen Facebook or Firefox Browser
Since buying a new PC I have found myself unable to utilise Facebook and also Firefox browser. Can you please assist me to regain use of these programs?

I cannot access the browser. I have isolated files that are operative, but I wish to open up a browser to gain full value of the program. Likewise, Facebook will not allow my entry because of the Selfie Video stunt. I have tried approx. 60 times within the past two weeks, since I lost access to the program. I sincerely trust that someone out there can offer positive assistance. Tony Meighan, Australia

What happens when I try to access Firefox the Answer = NOTHING! only some [edited] asking for Password that I can't provide because of the stupib program as I can't enter when asked>
