National Savings
I am unable to login to National Savings and Investments where I have premium bonds, savings certifcates and a savings account. I contacted them and they informed me that it was because of Firefox and I should use a different browser. I have cleared all cookies, caches, temporary files and browsing history but still no change. I am told that the connection has timed out and that secure.nsandi.com is taking too long to respond.

What security software besides MS Defender are you running?
