The recommended way is to Export your bookmarks to an HTML file from your old computer and then Import that file on the new one. Import Bookmarks from an HTML file
Or, you can use Firefox Sync to automatically transfer your data if you sign into the same Firefox Account on both devices. Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer
