Facebook like/love/sad/angry icons not rendering properly
I'm using Firefox 144.0, running on Ubuntu 24.04. I have seen many "fixes" for this issue, posted here and elsewhere. None work for me. Tried turning off Privacy Badger and uBlock. Cleared Firefox cache. Tried Safe Mode. No go.
On the same machine, the problem does NOT occur when using Chrome.
I've seen multiple mentions of this issue, various places. I've tried all the fixes I've seen, save doing stuff with Java scripts.
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Mike
You mention that the icons are not rendered properly - how do they appear to you? If it helps, you can add a screenshot of the icons to a reply to this thread.
Thanks for your quick response, Paul!
It's easy to describe verbally. And as I understand, the fault I'm observing is manifesting itself in the same fashion that others experiencing this problem have seen.
When I place the mouse pointer over the [thumbs-up icon] "Like" area that's below a Facebook post, a box with rounded ends pops up.
This box previously contained seven icons, left to right identified as Like, Love, Care, HaHa, Wow, Sad, and Angry.
What appears now are the Like and Love icons only. The area where the other icons formerly appeared is now white space.
However, if I move the mouse pointer into the rounded-end box, and then move the pointer across the area where the icons formerly appeared, the words Care, HaHa, Wow, Sad, and Angry pop up when the mouse pointer is in the white space area where that icon should be appearing. And, if I click on the white space area where any one of the now-invisible icons should be appearing, that selection is correctly registered by Facebook and associated with the post as my choice, as would normally be the case.
The only other browser I've experimented with is Chrome. On the same machine, same Facebook account, all seven icons appear correctly in the rounded-end box.
Again, thanks in advance for your help!
Mike
