transferring bookmarks to new PC
I'm not sure whether i am in the correct forum. I have successfully copied to a USB stick the bookmarks from my old PC but, although I can open the html file and see them, I cannot see how to present them in the bookmarks menu. I am not recognising a simple "import" option such as I found with passwords. What am I missing

Please follow these steps to import bookmarks from an HTML file:
1. Click the 
Menu button in the upper right corner of the window
2. Click "Bookmarks" and then click "Manage Bookmarks"
3. In the window that opens up, click the 
Import/Backup icon
4. Click "Import Bookmarks from HTML..." and navigate to your HTML file
